<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system reducing a time loss associated with determination on which of an in-house dark pool and a security exchange an order should be forwarded to. <P>SOLUTION: An order forwarding system 12 duplicates new order information, and transmits it to an in-house transaction system 14 and a transaction market system 20 simultaneously, transmits cancellation order information to the transaction market system 20 when there is an inquiry about agreement propriety from the in-house transaction system 14, transmits agreement permission information to the in-house transaction system 14 when transaction response information is transmitted from the transaction market system 20, transmits agreement reject information to the in-house transaction system 14 when cancellation reject information is transmitted from the transaction market system 20, and transmits cancellation order information to the in-house transaction system 14 when agreement notification information is transmitted from the transaction market system 20.
