<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock switching circuit capable of switching a plurality of clocks, and to provide an integrated circuit device and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The clock switching circuit includes: a selector 10 for selecting one of the plurality of clocks CKA1 to CKAn on the basis of a select signal SA, and for outputting the selected clock as a selection clock SQA; a mask circuit 20 for masking the selection clock SQA on the basis of a mask signal MQA, and for outputting the masked selection clock SQA as an output clock CKQA; and a mask signal generation circuit 30 for generating the mask signal MQA and the select signal SA. The mask signal generation circuit 30 switches the signal level of the select signal SA after making the mask signal MQA active, and makes the mask signal MQA non-active on condition that a change, in the signal level of the selection clock SQA after switching the signal level of the select signal SA, is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
