<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of discharging an ink droplet which can inhibit the occurrence of a phenomenon in which the ink does not pervade the entire region encircled by a partition wall, while curbing the impact of an ink droplet onto an unscheduled spot, and a method of manufacturing a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: First, a hydrophilic composition solution containing a hydrophilic composition is made to adhere to the edge part of an ink droplet impact region 42 encircled by a partition wall 40 on a transparent substrate. Then, a solvent of the hydrophilic composition solution which is made to adhere to the edge part, is removed and a plurality of ink droplets are discharged to the ink droplet impact region 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
