<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photo retouch software that is easy to use for persons in a photo studio to use. <P>SOLUTION: A special photo retoucher 11 converts, when opening a photographic image, data of the photographic image into image data of a work color space. If a work ICC profile different from an ICC profile attached to a photographic image file in advance is set at that time, perceptual color matching based on the attached ICC profile and work ICC profile is applied to the photographic image data when opening the photographic image file.
