PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent electronic components housed in a carrier tape from jumping owing to impact at the time of the descent of a knock lever when turning off an electromagnetic valve. SOLUTION: An electronic components mounting apparatus is provided with: a feeder-mounted portion to which a tape feeder which intermittently feeds a carrier tape in which electronic components are housed at predetermined intervals to supply the electronic components to a component supply port; a fluid pressure cylinder which vertically swings a knock lever provided to the mounted tape feeder to drive the feeding operation of the carrier tape; and a control means for ON/OFF controlling an electromagnetic valve which vertically reciprocates the fluid pressure cylinder to vertically swing the knock lever. The control means multiple times turns ON/OFF the electromagnetic valve at the time of the end of the components feeding operation in which the electromagnetic valve is turned ON to start the components feeding operation and then the electromagnetic valve is turned OFF to end the components feeding operation after a predetermined period of time has been passed.
