PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic amine derivative for producing an organic electroluminescent element having high light-emitting efficiency and long life, and to provide the organic electroluminescent element using the derivative. SOLUTION: The aromatic amine derivative is represented by general formula (1): (A)n-N-(B)m (wherein, A is a benzene ring substituted with 1-20C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl, 1-20C alkoxy or aryl having 6-30 nuclear carbons; B is an aromatic ring or a condensed polycyclic aromatic ring; n is 1 or 2; m is 1 or 2; with the proviso that n+m=3).
