PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control system for preventing occurrence of inconvenience in registration work. SOLUTION: A control section 20 of one operation terminal 2B periodically (for example, each several seconds) and repeatedly transmits packets for notifying that an operation mode is a registration mode from a signal transmission section 22 to all operation control terminals 1 and all other operation terminals 2A from switching of the operation mode to the registration mode to re-switching to an operation mode. When other operation terminals 2A operate a mode selection switch, the control section 20 does not switch from the operation mode to the registration mode during reception of packets for notifying the registration mode. Thus, the plurality of operation terminals 2A, 2B are not simultaneously switched to the registration mode, thus preventing a wrong correspondence (control target group) from being registered in the plurality of operation terminals 2A, 2B.
