PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic switch device for AC having a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: This electronic switch device 1 for AC uses PW MOSFETs Q1, Q2 as elements applying a commercial AC voltage to a load LD. By conducting the PW MOSFETs Q1, Q2 according to input periods of a positive control voltage and a negative control voltage generated from the commercial AC voltage, the commercial AC voltage is applied to the load LD. Therefore, in the electronic switch device 1 for the AC, a circuit generating a trigger voltage in accurate timing wherein the AC voltage becomes a zero point is eliminated as compared to an electronic switch device for the AC using a triac. Accordingly, in the electronic switch device 1 for AC of this embodiment, the circuit configuration can be simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
