A motivational system that utilizes wrist bracelets to represent steps or sub-goals and the achievement of a measurable goal. This system includes the method of breaking down a measurable goal into steps or sub-goals and marking them successively with respective wrist bracelets that represent each successive step or sub-goal. As an individual is achieving or surpassing successive steps or sub-goals a respective bracelet is added or removed from their wrist and a successive bracelet is added or removed to thereby signify that individual's advancement toward or achievement of their goal.
