The apparatus has a signal transmitter (10) for delivery of lighting signs, where the signal transmitter is provided with red, yellow and green luminous fields (12R, 12Y, 12G). The fields receive light sources formed by red, yellow and green signal-LEDs (13R, 13Y, 13G), respectively. A video detector (20) records video images, where the video detector is partially arranged in a signal transmitter housing (11). The video detector includes an exposure device (21) with infrared-LEDs (22), which are mounted with the signal-LEDs of the luminous fields on a common printed circuit board (14).
