PURPOSE: A touch screen device having a lattice type conductivity sensor for reducing a manufacturing cost is provided to improve productivity by forming a conductive sensing network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first scan signal output ports(22-2) is installed in a first conductive sensing unit(22) or a second conductive sensing unit(24) in order to sense the X-axis coordinate of the touch location. A plurality of second scan signal output ports(24-2) is installed in the first conductive sensing unit or the second conductive sensing unit in order to sense the Y-axis coordinate of the touch location. An X/Y-axis sensing circuit senses an electrical attribute value by the sequential scanning of first/second scan signal output ports. |
