<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell for improving energy conversion efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily separate excition into electronics and a hole by forming a carbon nano tube of a sea urchin shape on a conductivity polymer layer. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(4) and an anode(2) are faced with each other on a substrate(1). An organic light active layer(3) is arranged between the cathode and the anode. The organic light active layer comprises a carbon nano tube(7) of a sea urchin shape having a carbon nano particle attached on surface of metal nano particle. A conducting polymer layer(5) is also interposed between the anode and the organic light active layer. The conducting polymer layer uses a PEDOT: PSS(poly(stylenesulfonate)) or this derivative.</p> |
