PURPOSE: A chemical cleaning type deodorizing device using a powerless compound feeder and a deodorizing method thereof are provided to reduce an offensive odor and improve purification efficiency by increasing the contact and mixture of the air and chemical supplied form a venturi pipe type powerless feeder. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency chemical cleaning type deodorizing device includes an air supply unit(10), a powerless compound feeder(30), a body(20), a reactive space unit, a sterilizing unit(90), a filter(60), a chemical supply unit(70), and a water supply unit(50). The body has an air inlet and an air outlet. A water collecting unit stores chemical circulating water inside the body. An inline mixer type powerless mixing device increases the mixture and contact of the air with offensive odor gas and the chemical. A venturi pipe type powerless supply unit sprays the chemical through a plurality of fine holes of a chemical supply spray unit by using negative pressure due to pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of a venturi pipe.
