PURPOSE: A stopper having a vacuum pump is provided to seal the inner portion of a bottle after making the inner portion of the bottle in a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A stopper(10) having a vacuum pump comprises a case(20), a piston(30) and a packing member(70). The piston is coupled to the case and allows the vertical movement thereof. The packing member is coupled to the lower portion of the case, and seals the inner portion of the bottle by being inserted into the bottle when installing the stopper at the bottle. If a user presses the piston repeatedly in a state that the packing member is inserted into the bottle, the air existing in the bottle is discharged to the outside of the bottle so that the inner portion of the bottle is in a vacuum state.
