<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored curable composition for a color filter capable of maintaining line width sensitivity and discrimination (alkali dissolution rate difference) between an exposure part and an un-exposure part and forming a fine pattern having high rectangularity in a pigment concentration heightened composition. <P>SOLUTION: The colored curable composition contains (A) a pigment of 45 to 70 mass% to total solid component, (B) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer having three or more ethylenically unsaturated double bonds and one or more carboxyl groups in a molecule, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) an I line absorbent having an absorption coefficient more than 100 per g in 365 nm wavelength and an absorption coefficient of 10 or below per g in ≥400 nm wavelength and (E) an alkali soluble resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
