<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass breakage detector for vehicle, which can surely perform breakage detection and is excellent in mountability. <P>SOLUTION: In the window glass breakage detector, a clip 40 is attached to a window glass 5 of a vehicle and energizes the window glass 5 in a position shifted within the plane of the window glass 5 by it elastic force to perform crush of the window glass 5 in a partial area according to breakage of the window glass 5. An antenna 52 is extended to the crushed area of the window glass by the clip 40 in the window glass 5, and information of an IC chip 51 is read through the antenna 52 by a reader. Disconnection of the antenna 52 according to breakage of the window glass 5 is detected in a body ECU based on whether the read of information of the IC chip 51 by the reader is successful. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
