<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam laminate requiring no intermediate layer or reinforcing layer and being high in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam laminate is equipped with a first polyurethane foam layer obtained by blending, foaming and curing a first reaction liquid containing a first polyol component and a first isocyanate component and a second polyurethane foam layer obtained by blending, foaming and curing a second reaction liquid containing a second polyol component and a second isocyanate component, wherein the second polyurethane foam layer is integrally formed with the first polyurethane foam layer by applying the second reaction liquid on the first reaction liquid while curing the first reaction liquid applied to a forming face to form the first polyurethane layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
