PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an NMR measurement sample, capable of manufacturing the sample having a high-polarity component with a quantity required for an NMR measurement, to provide an NMR measurement method of the sample manufactured by the manufacturing method, to provide an apparatus for manufacturing the NMR measurement sample, which manufactures the sample having the high-polarity component with the quantity required for the NMR measurement, and to provide an analysis system for carrying out the NMR measurement of the sample manufactured by the apparatus. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the NMR measurement sample, a plurality of components making up a sample dissolved in a solvent are separated by a separation column 4 and eluted in solvents, and the solvents having respective eluted components are brought to flow in difference trap columns 14a-14e from their one end sides to the other end sides, thereby absorbing the components by using respective trap columns, and the components absorbed by the respective trap columns are eluted by heavy solvents. The method is characterized by using an activated carbon column as the trap column for the high-polarity component, wherein the heavy solvent is brought to flow in the activated carbon column from its other end side to one end side, thereby manufacturing the NMR measurement sample having the high-polarity component.
