PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for multimedia communication using co-located care of address. SOLUTION: In the wireless communication system, a mobile node searches communication session with a matching node by a first signaling for initializing a communication session through a first data path by an intermediate node. Thereafter, the contents of communication is established through a second data path, communicating directly and passing through the mobile node and the matching node, without passing through the intermediate node.
