<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attain an electrically connected state between a braided wire of a shielded wire and a core wire of an earth wire and to avoid reduction in insulating performance of the shielded wire. <P>SOLUTION: In a shield processing structure of the shielded wire 1 including the shielded wire 1 having an insulating inner cover 9 covering the outer periphery of the core wire 7, the braided wire 11 covering the outer periphery of the insulating inner cover, and an insulating outer cover 13 covering the outer periphery of the braided wire, the coated earth wire 3 disposed intersecting with the shielded wire, and a pair of resin members 5a, 5b which are welded together with the shielded wire 1 and the earth wire 3 sandwiched between them, the braided wire 11 from which the insulating outer cover is melted away and the core wire 15 of the earth wire 3 from which coating is melted away are embedded in an electrically connected state only in at least one junction part of the pair of resin members 5a, 5b with the shielded wire 1 sandwiched between them, on a part where the shielded wire 1 and the earth wire 3 are disposed crossing each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
