PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of increasing the detecting accuracy of voltage. SOLUTION: The battery module is formed by connecting a plurality of battery cells from each of which a positive terminal 10A and a negative terminal 10B are projected in series by joining the positive terminal 10A and the negative terminal 10B of the adjacent battery cells with a joint terminal 20. A spherical surface is formed in at least one of the positive terminal 10A and the negative terminal 10B of the adjacent battery cells, a voltage detecting part 25 elastically coming into contact with the spherical surface formed in the positive terminal 10A or the negative terminal 10B is integrally formed in the joint terminal 20, and a voltage measuring wire 30 of a voltage measuring circuit is connected to the joint terminal.
