PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a desired object is focused on in a photograph image, and to easily obtain the photograph image in which the desired object is focused on when the object is not focused on. SOLUTION: A display unit 18 displays the photograph image and a through image. A focus determination unit 14 determines whether a focus determination area is focused on. A control unit 15 performs a process in which the photograph image is taken again when an area selected according to an operation of an operation unit 16 is determined as the focus determination area and the focus determination unit 14 determines that the focus determination area is not focused on. For example, a photograph image is taken again by achieving a focus-lock in the focus determination area or an in-focus area in which it is determined by the focus determination unit 14 performing a focus determination process of the through image.
