PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit configuration method with which a plurality of circuits with results of use are combined into a new single circuit. SOLUTION: A plurality of existent circuits are combined to configure new one electronic circuit 1 (first step), and an EMC measurement is performed on the electronic circuit 1 (second step). Capacitors 14, 16 in a part of capacitors 12, 14, 16 of the electronic circuit 1 are excluded (third step) and an EMC measurement is performed on the electronic circuit 1 (fourth step). It is determined whether or not a change in EMC radiation noise level measured in the fourth step has settled within allowable values, with respect to an EMC radiation noise level measured in the second step (fifth step). If it is determined that the change in EMC irradiation noise level has settled within the allowable values, exclusion of the capacitors 14, 16 is allowed; but if it is determined that the change has not settled to within the allowable values, exclusion of the capacitors 14, 16 is not allowed (sixth step), and thereby a circuit is configured.
