PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user with color weakness who has difficulty in discriminating red and the other colors to easily recognize a difference between things originally differentiated using red and the other colors. SOLUTION: An information processing device specifies a region including a character drawn in red and generates document image data describing position information of a region where a transparent character effect is formed. Also, an information forming device forms a toner image formed of a color toner and a toner image formed of a transparent toner on a sheet of recording paper based on the document image data, where the toner image formed of the color toner is positioned closer to the recording paper than the toner image formed of the transparent toner is. The transparent toner provides a surface uniformly having a high gloss, and therefore, has specular reflection having a higher intensity than that of a region where the toner image formed of the color toner is formed or that of a region of the recording paper where no toner image is formed. When a user has color weakness, the user more easily discriminates between a region of a circumscribed rectangle of a red character string and the other regions. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
