PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle sound reproducing apparatus for automatically reproducing music depending on speeds of a vehicle when starting reproduction of a playlist by making the list depending on the speeds of the vehicle for making the playlist. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle sound reproducing apparatus mounted on the vehicle and connected to a speed detector set on the vehicle for detecting the speed of the vehicle includes a media reproducing part 101 for outputting a reproduction signal of sound signal data and sound information data by reproducing the data recorded on a recording medium, a micro computer 104 for associating the speed of the car output from a speed of car information outputting part 120 with the sound information data reproduced by the media reproducing part 101, and a storage 105 for storing the information associated by the micro computer 104 as the data of the playlist.
