PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in construction work notification by radio used by ETC or the like, notification may be provided to a vehicle running in a direction which does not need notification of regulation due to installation of an antenna. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 0201 receives point passing mark information from an antenna device 0203 for running direction determination and further receives the information for determining the road work notification information and the point passing mark information in a construction work notification antenna device, and a construction work notification system 0202 capable of displaying the construction work notification information based on such information is obtained.
