PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heat accumulation material from igniting during sealing a container housing the heat accumulation material by welding. SOLUTION: A metal container 44 disposed in the canister case 12 of the canister 10 and a heat accumulation material 45 housed in the container 44 are provided. The container 44 is composed of a shallow, upwardly open container 47 and a lid 48 for plugging the opening on the top surface of the container 47. The container 47 is sealed around the entire circumference with the lid 48 by welding while the heat accumulation material 45 is housed in the container 47. Such a distance that the temperature of the heat due to the welding is reduced to a lower temperature than the ignition point of the heat accumulation material 45 before the heat caused by the welding is transmitted to the heat accumulation material 45 is set between the welded portion 49 of the container 44 and the heat accumulation material 45.
