PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swing a group of fins through the rotation of a windmill without using any electric power, to reduce an energy loss, and to increase modes for adjusting the wind direction. SOLUTION: A reduction gear 4 and a swing mechanism 5 are connected to the rotary shaft of a windmill apparatus 3 using the windmill apparatus 3 which is rotated by air-conditioning air and blows the air-conditioning air in a direction crossing the inputting direction of the air-conditioning air. The rotary shaft of the windmill apparatus 3 does not create any resistance against the wind flowing in a sub flow passage 2, but easily uses the exhaust air blown from the windmill apparatus 3 as a vent II.
