PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a swing, enough absorbing shock and having high durability. SOLUTION: This seat 1 for a swing includes: a plate-like base 20; a cushion body 30 covering the outer periphery of the base 20; and metal fittings 40. The cushion body 30 is provided with a corner part 31 and a recessed part 32 as shown in (a). The back of the cushion body 30 is provided with a plurality of buffer holes 38 disposed in a line as shown in (d). The buffer holes 38 have various forms of an elongated hole 38a, a circular hole 38b, a triangular hole 38c and a flat hole 38d according to the shape of the cushion body 30. A circular hole 38b is provided in the vicinity of the recessed part 32 to prevent deterioration due to load applied to the recessed part 32. The triangular hole 38c and the elongated hole 38a at the corner part 31 have soft surface, so that a buffer effect in a collision is high. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
