PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial net having a pulling strength, hanging strength, and knotting strength equal to those of synthetic resin, being free from the need of a large amount of fibers for supporting plants, and being knitted only by ramie natural organic fiber to reduce the net weight and decrease the production cost. SOLUTION: The industrial net is obtained by knitting a net body using ramie fiber as the base yarn, or knitting a net body using as the base yarn, cotton yarn increased in pulling strength by stranding a plurality of thin ramie fibers together.
