PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed combination weighing device where the transition to a next process of an article after weighing is faster than that of a conventional device. SOLUTION: An annular shutter 6 has a double tube structure having an outer cylinder 6a movable in a substantially vertical direction and an inner cylinder 6b movable in a substantially vertical direction inside the outer cylinder 6a. The outer cylinder 6a and inner cylinder 6b are moved vertically while alternately balancing weight by a crank mechanism having connection members interconnected through bolts. The outer cylinder 6a and inner cylinder 6b are arranged so that a reserving position of the article by the inner cylinder 6b and the inside of an assembly chute 5 is close to a reserving position of the article by the outer cylinder 6a and the inside of an assembly chute 5.
