PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus having a proper structure. SOLUTION: This optical apparatus includes: a first member (4) provided in an outer circumferential side of a light transmission area for passing a light; a first groove (4b) provided on an outer circumferential face (4a) of the first member along a direction crossed with a light transmission direction of the light; a second member (7) having an inner circumferential face (7a) opposed to the outer circumferential face of the first member; a second groove (7b) provided on the inner circumferential face of the second member along a direction provided with the first groove; and a regulation member (19) inserted in the first groove and the second groove along the directions provided with the first groove and the second groove, and for regulating a relative movement between the first member and the second member as to the light transmission direction.
