<p>The present invention relates to a roadway warning apparatus for visually impaired persons, in which a bollard is equipped with a tag for indicating the passage of a vehicle, a stick for visually impaired persons is equipped with an RFID reader to enable a visually impaired person to sense a roadway, and a curb is equipped with tags arranged at a predetermined interval to indicate a roadway. The apparatus comprises: an RFID bollard (10) which has a bollard body (11) with installation grooves (12) formed in four directions for installing respective direction guide tags (20), and which has a connection line groove (13) for interconnecting the installation grooves (12); said direction guide tags (20) which are installed in the respective installation grooves (12) formed in the four directions, and which have information on four directions and directions of main buildings; said stick (50) for visually impaired persons which has a main body (51), the lower end of which is equipped with the RFID reader, and which is equipped with a controller (52) for analyzing the content recognized by the RFID reader and transmitting the analyzed content to an earphone (53); and a curb identification tag (60) which is embedded within the curb installed between a roadway (1) and a sidewalk (2), and which has information on the border point between the roadway and the sidewalk, and information on nearby obstacles for warning the visually impaired person of the obstacles in advance.</p> |
