PURPOSE: A method for controlling a transmission of an SMS message is provided to calculate counting information by analyzing received plural telephone numbers, and to transmit the received telephone numbers together with receiving frequency information during a receiving failure recovery process, thereby reasonably limiting a delivery of catch/manner calls according to a repeatedly received identical telephone number. CONSTITUTION: After an initial state(S1), a system decides whether a telephone call connection signal is requested(S2). If so, the system requests a terminal to connect a current call(S3), and confirms whether a response signal is transmitted from the terminal(S4). If not, the system receives all telephone information received in the terminal having a receiving failure, and stores the received information(S40). The system compares a received telephone number with a currently received telephone number(S6). If the compared numbers are identical, the system counts the received telephone number(S8). The system decides whether the terminal failure is recovered(S9). If so, the system transmits the received telephone number together with repeated receiving frequency information of the number in SMS message type(S10). |
