摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bit error rate of a signal by equilibrating the amplitude and phase of QPSK signal upon receiving. <P>SOLUTION: The amplitude and phase of the receiving QPSK signal, which are damaged upon transmission, are equilibrated by a system. The system calculates the respective amplitudes of an I symbol and a Q symbol of a receiving signal to add correction to one part or the other part of these channels to effect the correction of unbalance of amplitude. With respect to the unbalance of phase, this system calculates the mutual correlation between the I symbol and the Q symbol whose average value should be zero. A mutual correlation coefficient is extracted from the mutual correlation to add it to the two channels and make the phase mutual correlation zero.
