摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for a living body which makes it possible to form a cortical bone within the gap and enables mechanical and structural integration with the cortical bone though it is a composite material for the living body in which a polymer is filled up within the gap of a porous body. <P>SOLUTION: Lactide, which is the intermediate product (a dimer) of polylactic acid which is biodegradable plastic, is dissolved in an acetone liquid 2. A catalyst and a polymerization initiator, which are for polymerizing the lactide, are added to the solution 3. A base material 4, which includes the porous body, is immersed in the solution 3. The solution 3 is heated to the polymerization temperature of the lactide. In the middle of heating, the acetone liquid 2 evaporates and dissipates. The lactide is metamorphosed to the polylactic acid 6 also in the base material 4 and a composite material 7, in which the polylactic acid 6 is filled up with high density in the gap within the base material 4, is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
