<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit for securely preventing a lens from causing positional deviation in the direction of optical axis due to change of environment and preventing a shaft axis of the lens from tilting and to provide an imaging device provided with the optical unit. <P>SOLUTION: In this optical unit and the imaging device provided with the optical unit, a plurality of lenses 3, 4, 5 having flange parts 3A, 4A, 5A are provided and overlapped in the direction of optical axis in this optical unit, three projecting parts 3T or more formed integrally on at least one face among both faces in the direction of optical axis are provided in the flange part 3A of the lens 3 on one side, and the projecting parts 3T are abutted on a face of the flange part 4A of the other lens 4. This optical unit includes a fixing means having a clearance 15 between the flange parts of two lenses abutted on each other through the projecting parts 3T and pressing all of a plurality of lenses 3, 4, 5 in the direction of optical axis to fix a plurality of lenses 3, 4, 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
