<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture absorption deodorizing mattress to achieve extremely excellent moisture absorption and water absorption characteristics, to effectively absorb moisture and deodorize with all cinders by using it as a mattress, and to achieve an optimal environment by using it for living environments and medical purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture absorption deodorizing mattress has a charcoal layer 30 installed inside an air-permeable surface sheet 35. The charcoal layer 30 consists of a fiber elastic gap mat 31 which is elastically deformed, and a granular charcoal 33 which fills the gap of a curling fiber 32 of the fiber elastic gap mat 31 by stereoscopically gathering the curling fiber 32 constituted by being molded into a curved shape without directionality into a specified thickness, and combining the intersections. The granular charcoal 33 is the cinder 3 made by burning wood chips 2. In the moisture absorption deodorizing mattress, the gap of the fiber elastic gap mat 31 is closed into a state wherein the cinders 3 do not permeate by bonding the surface sheet 35 to the surface of the fiber elastic gap mat 31. Then, the air is made to pass through the surface sheet 35 by elastically deforming the fiber elastic gap mat 31 in the thickness direction to perform a forcible ventilation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
