PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely transferring a pattern to a plastic material. SOLUTION: The injection molding method in which the plastic material 10 is injection-molded in a cavity formed between a plurality of molds 2, 3 includes: a filling process of filling the plastic material 10 to the cavity; a releasing process of releasing at least one mold (2) of the plurality of molds 2, 3 from the filled plastic material 10; and a pressing process of heating and pressing the plastic material 10 while abutting the mold 2 having a temperature higher than the temperature upon the releasing of the released mold 2 to a surface 10a to be transferred from which the mold is released in the releasing process.
