摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface inspection method that minimizes the installation space of a camera and a light source when inner surface inspection of a tubular article is performed, certainly determines a harmful uneven defect and a harmless pattern, and can detect only the uneven defect. SOLUTION: This inner surface inspection method includes a camera that has an optical center axis inclined with respect to the center axis of the tubular article and images a predetermined region of the inner surface of the tubular article from the open end of the tubular article, and a pair of light sources that are arranged symmetrically on both sides of a plane including the optical center axis of the camera and the center axis of the tubular article and illuminate the predetermined region from the open end. The same predetermined region is imaged by the camera while the illuminations from the light sources are switched sequentially, and the shading difference between the same pixels of each image is calculated, and shadows 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b appearing due to the uneven defects 5 and 6 are recognized and the uneven defects 5 and 6 are detected based on the information on the shading difference.
