PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device capable of independently and accurately controlling respective opening-closing states of outer and inner needle valves by using a single control valve. SOLUTION: This fuel injection control device includes a valve chest 451 and a valve element 452 respectively communicating with a fuel discharge passage C6 and first and second fuel inflow passages C1 and C2, and includes a control valve 45 for switching a communicating-cutoff state with the fuel discharge passage C6 in the respective first and second fuel inflow passages C1 and C2 by switching a position of the valve element 452. The valve element 452 cuts off the fuel discharge passage C6 from both the first and second fuel inflow passages C1 and C2 in a full closure position, and communicates the fuel discharge passage C6 with the first fuel inflow passage C1 and cuts off from the second fuel inflow passage C2 in a half opening position, and communicates the fuel discharge passage C6 with the second fuel inflow passage C2 and cuts off from the first fuel inflow passage C1 in a full opening position.
