PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor capable of restraining deterioration in an insulating part of a crank case heater by restraining a local temperature rise in the crank case heater. SOLUTION: The compressor has the crank case heater 2 wound on an outer peripheral part of a vessel 1, a hook 4a and a hook 5a arranged in the crank case heater 2, a hole 13a formed at the vessel 1 and connected with the hook 4a, and a hole 13b formed at the vessel 1 and connected with the hook 5a. A spring 4b is arranged between the hook 4a and the crank case heater 2, and a spring 5b is arranged between the hook 5a and the crank case heater 2. The crank case heater 2 is wound on the outer peripheral part of the vessel 1. In a state of connecting the respective hook 4a and hook 5a to the respective hole 13a and hole 13b, the spring 4b and the spring 5b apply tensile loads to the crank case heater 2 so that the crank case heater 2 clamps the vessel 1.
