PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body washing device capable of washing a human body with high comfortability by reduced amount of water. SOLUTION: This human body washing device is provided with a water supply pipe, a pressure fluctuating part connected with the water supply pipe, a control part for controlling the pressure fluctuating part, and a water discharge hole provided on the downstream side of the pressure fluctuating part to discharge washing water on the human body. The control part controls water discharge to cause a change of pulsation of pressure in the pressure fluctuating part and let the washing water of pulsation flow having sections having different flow speeds appear from the water discharge hole due to the change of pulsation repeatedly and joins the sections having different flow speeds after the discharge to form water masses intermittently.
