PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated block which enables another object to be stably placed on an upside, or which enables the stacking of the plurality of perforated blocks. SOLUTION: This perforated block 20 includes an internal space which is surrounded by an upper wall 21a equipped with a plurality of holes, a pair of sidewalls 21b connected to the upper wall 21a and a bottom wall 21c connected to the sidewall 21b, and which communicates with the hole. The perforated block 20 also includes: an upside fixing portion 26 which is provided near at least one of two sides of the upper wall 21a unconnected to the pair of sidewalls 21b, and which comprises a protrusion, a recess, a notch or a combination of two or more of them; and a downside fixing portion 27 which is provided near at least one of two sides of the bottom wall 21c unconnected to the pair of sidewalls 21b, and which is engaged with or fitted into the upside fixing portion 26 of the downside perforated block 20 when the perforated blocks are placed in a vertical direction.
