PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window sash which is mounted on a building having an exterior wall made of an exterior wall panel, which dispenses with the on-site fabrication and mounting of the strip-shaped exterior wall panel, and which is excellent in designability. SOLUTION: The strip-shaped exterior wall panels NP1 and NP2 for filling gaps made between the exterior wall panels P3 and P4 and the window sash mounted in a window opening are integrally preprovided on the outside surfaces of outdoor-side ends of base plates of either or both of a head and a sill and either or both of right and left jambs 5 and 4, which constitute a window frame, respectively.
