PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserved flower arrangement suitably usable for ornaments while using beauty of preserved flowers. SOLUTION: This preserved flower arrangement 31 has a plurality of flower petals 32 obtained by cutting in a flower petal part of a preserved flower to cut off a receptacle side part, and an adhesion part for arranging only a plurality of the flower petals 32 in a flower shape and sticking to a cut place side of the flower petal 32. A visual quality when fixing the preserved flower arrangement 31 to an attachment member 21 lowering a height and forming part of a hair ornament 12 as an ornament 11 is made favorable.
