PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which effectively suppresses material separation (bleeding) without deteriorating fluidity and can be used suitably for grout material, all-purpose mortar and concrete. SOLUTION: The cement composition comprises magnesium nitrate or lithium nitrate.
