PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car structured to be efficiently cleaned in a floor of the car. SOLUTION: A skirting 4 is connected to the tip of a skirting fitting 7 through a plurality of pins 8 so as to be turned around a shaft parallel and horizontal relative to the longitudinal direction of the skirting 4. Namely, the skirting 4 can be turned between a vertical normal position and an inclined cleaning position. In the cleaning position, a lower end of the skirting 4 is positioned inside a skirting fitting part 5, and a slit 5d is exposed inside a cage. A normal position holder 9 for holding the skirting 4 in the normal position with a predetermined holding force is fixed to an upper end of the skirting 4. A cleaning position holder 10 for holding the skirting 4 in the cleaning position with a predetermined holding force is fixed to the lower end of the skirting 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
