PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fender structure facilitating assembly of an inner member arranged more inside of a vehicle than a fender body in a width direction of the vehicle. SOLUTION: By inserting a projection 16M formed on a fender liner body 16B into a housing recess 24H formed in a reinforcing member 24, the reinforcing member 24 is integrated with a fender liner 16 at a predetermined position. In this state, a rivet 18 is inserted into fastening holes 16H, 14H for fastening, and the fender liner 16 is attached to the predetermined position of the fender body 14, whereby the reinforcing member 24 can also be arranged in the predetermined position.
