PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a normal operation state of an ABS by preventing an excessive rise of wheel cylinder pressure. SOLUTION: The brake control device includes a wheel cylinder pressure obtaining portion 210 obtaining the wheel cylinder pressure, a determining portion 200 determining that the wheel cylinder pressure reaches a predetermined upper limit value, and a control portion controlling the wheel cylinder pressure. When the determining portion 220 determines that the wheel cylinder pressure reaches the upper limit value, the control portion 230 suppresses the rise of the wheel cylinder pressure.
